Spring 2006 Newsletter
We promised we would not innundate you with newsletters
and we have not! So this one will be packed with news and
commentary you can use to have the BEST of everything!
Spring is the season of renewal. Every year, same time the
Earth returns to full life after the rest of winter. Humans do the
opposite! We begin to look forward to our own yearly rest cycle, summer vacation! Fun times, wonderful memories of adventures had, places seen and relishing and embracing the new and different.
The sounds, sights, tastes, smells...we fully engage our senses when we are in new environments.
So challenge yourself this year, before you go on vacation to fully
engage your senses on a daily basis, increasing your AWARENESS. Take a different way to work, and spend some time noticing the differences between the way you usually go and the new way.
Same thing for lunch. If you usually go to the same place, fine,just
go a different way. If it is nearby, take a walk instead of the car.
(Saves gas and the Environment too.) You have the idea.
Now renew your senses so you can have the BEST Spring too!

Harmony-
Being in alingment with Mother Nature is an important
part of living in harmony. The rising prices of fossil fuel has driven
home for us the importance of living "green". (Pun intended). We in
the United States are spoiled by our low fuel costs and our ingrained
driving habits. OurBestIdea's readers overseas tell me we have no reason to complain about our prices but as Americans it is our right to
complain! But the act of complaining without a solution creates disharmony. It fosters a negative energy environment. And under the law of Attraction, what happens? Nothing good! So, guard your thoughts, as thoughts create your reality.
For more harmony in your life and with Mother Nature, think of ways to save fuel (go to the website for tips on this)and ways to say thank you for the easy availablity of our fuel, even if it does cost too much in more ways than one.

Eating foods that are close to nature have been proven to increase your energy and health levels. Minimize consumption of meat from animals which have been fed engineered food, and treated with steroids and hormones to increase their size and therefore the profitability of their sale. There is empirical evidence that we are
indeed what we eat, so ingesting products that have been treated in
this way increases our exposure to these alien substances.
Continue to concentrate on increasing the fresh fruits and veggies in
your diet, and if you are lucky enough to be able to grow your own, even better. Then you know exactly what you are getting.
