Your Hand Sanitizer Could Be Hazardous to Your Health

--If your hand sanitizer contains isopropanol which is used to denature ethanol, it is very bad for you.  Isopropanol is poisonous.

--On Feb. 1 this year, The New England Journal of Medicine published information on the dangers of ingesting hand sanitizers.

--Hand sanitizers kills all of the bacteria on the skin, even the good bacteria, which help fight the bad bacteria. Eliminating the bad bacteria means skin can be more vunerable than it already is--with lowered protection and lowered immunity.

Air fresheners also can be hazardous to your health. This month (Sept. 2007), one day after a group of environmental organizations asked the federal government to start assessing the risk of air fresheners, a major pharmacy store pulled three of its products off store shelves.
Consider what you are putting into your environment as well as what you are putting into you when considering your health.

To get my desired results for my good health I now choose to do the following at least once a day for 30 days: I will read these life changing affirmations and will envision myself as a healthful, fit, radient person.

 

I am now preparing my mind for infinite changes for the better and every day in every way I get better and better!

 

I choose to accept complete and total healing Now for the conditons/s of _________________ and _________________ and __________________.

I accept this healing and know that the Universe, God and the Angels have my good health in focus and support me in my desires. I now get better and better each and every day.

 

The orgin of my good health comes to me from the Universe and from my willingness to let go and release all old belief patterns for negative mainifestations in my body. I am now open to changing for the better and am now accepting new beliefs that support my good health.

 

All people in my life, including my loved ones now make right choices to help me accomplish and experience good health.

 

I choose to accept all of this as my truth Now! This is my truth Now!

 

My good health is my Divine Right as a person. I Now am open to accepting I can and do have good in my life, in health and in all areas of my life.

 

All of my previous beliefs of non support or beliefs of unkind circumstances, places, people or things now release their grasp on my mind and I am ready to receive better. I deserve it!

 

FEAR HAS RELINGUISHED ALL POWER OF ME NOW AND I AM HEALTHY AS I CAN BE!

I am grateful for my healthful, youthful, fit body and mind that is now mine.

 

In addition to all that I have accepted, I now choose to be open to any and all other constructive circumstances that are presented to me, knowing that happiness and contentment help me develope and maintain good health.

 

I now do things that make me happy, do what I love and share with others, which in turn brings joy and good health to them as well.

 

I am now openly accepting all successful vehicles as they become available to me, all areas of my life.

 

My mind now remains focused on these truths, throughout each of my days and nights.

 

My mental thermostat is now reset to accept a strong, healthful, radiant, fit body and mind. I now expect only the best outcome in all of my health affairs and am now living each day with more joy. I now can and do create my own healthful existence.

 

I am now unconsciously and consciously taking on behavaiors that will bring me to my greatest health level. I choose to have this now. This is my Truth Now!!

 

I am really doing it Now! I am safe and secure Now! I am healthful and fit Now! All is joyful in my world Now!

 

I am able to maintain my focus and conviction of my truth Now and am enjoying my renewed health!

 

I choose to accept all that I have just read. This or better Now comes to me easily. This is My Truth Now!

 

 

To really have expeditious results, take a few moments when finished with your reading and close your eyes. Envision yourself as completely healthy, vibrant, fit and glowing. Imagine what it feels like, when you are at your peak performance and are filled with energy, see it, be it. Remember the more vigilant you are, the greater your rewards.

 

It is reccomended that you use this process twice a day.Once in the morning when you rise and in the evning when you retire. If these times are not suitable for you, find a time/s that is/are.

 

As you commit to this transformative format, stay aware of your self talk. Do stay positive when referring to matters of your health. Your mind does not differentiate true and false. it only knows what you tell it. Instead of saying, I am going for a sonogram beause something showed up and I am worried. Say, I am going for a sonogram and am confident all is wel!

You have places on your body known as acupressure points, these are related to your energy centers. These points can be found almost everywhere on your body and may be used to facilitate good health. 

For instance, if you would like to see a difference with your digestion, your metabolism and overall health, you can begin using EFT (emotional freedom technique). EFT is accomplished through breathing, gentle tapping on specific energy points, and affirmations. 

Let's focus on your Thymus (one of your energy centers; it is located in the center of your chest, just about an inch above your breasts ). 

Try this simple, yet effective exercise for you to aide digestion and metabolism: Sit down and take a deep inhalation and exhale just as deeply.  Now using your middle and ring fingers (of your predominant hand) start gently tapping your thymus and say the following affirmations while repeatedly tapping:
Each day I am more healthy, toned and fit.

I now choose to feed my body healthy food and no longer have to give in to junk-food cravings. 

 I now utilize all energy in any and all food I eat.

I am now processing my food in the healthiest manner possible.

I am now grateful for my metabolism being responsive and working at optimal performance.

I am now digesting all the food I eat comfortably, with high efficiency.

I am now grateful for my healthy, lean, strong, fit body.

I love my body.

After completing your affirmations, take a long deep breath. Continue to do this process often throughout your day, especially around meal time.  To change habits you must be consistent for a period of time.  It is suggested that you give this process at least 30 days to see significant results.  Feel free to stop whenever you feel comfortable.

Even take a look at your neighborhood bookstore, there is a magazine dedicated to the subject of walking. Many communities have walking clubs; if yours doesn't, maybe you can begin one? There are also frequently mall walking groups if you live where there is much inclement weather.  Walking may be the path to a better, healthier you.
